*IMPORTANT* – WHY NON-WOVEN POLYPROPYLENE?
Non-woven polypropylene is an industrial fabric used in medical-grade face masks such as surgical and N95 masks. Capable of filtering out microscopic particles and helps to limit respiratory particle spread. Non-woven polypropylene is used as a second layer in this daily mask to give you better protection over regular cloth masks.
However, please note that these masks are not designed as a replacement for N95, surgical or medical grade masks.
DryLite nose and chin panels for fit
3 Layer Construction / Cotton Outer / Polypropylene Middle / Cotton Inner (100% cotton outer + inner / 100% polypropylene middle layer)
Fine Denier Woven Cotton / CDC Recommended Construction
Height: 8”, 20.3cm; Width: 8”, 20.3cm
The daily masks have been designed based on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidelines with three layers of fabric that offer higher air permeability and bacterial filtration efficiency.
Multiple layers of fabric means less chance that respiratory particles can pass through the mask. Thicker, denser fabrics do a better job than thinner, loosely woven or knit ones.
Wash after each use.
Wash hands. Adjust nose wire for snug fit. Put on face by holding the ear pieces, covering your nose, mouth, and chin. Do not touch your eyes while wearing the mask. Remove and wash mask after use. Wash hands after removing.
Offered in one size, the masks fit most faces with some adjustment. Youth and smaller faces can adjust by knotting the ear loop.
While the purpose is to reduce the spread of viruses, this daily mask is NOT a replacement for medical grade personal protective equipment and is not intended to replace other recommended measures. It is important to continue to follow government guidelines, practice social distancing, washing your hands and refraining from touching your face.
