RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

  • You may return your unused & unworn product for a product exchange within 28 days of your purchase date with receipt and/or proof of purchase
  • Items without receipt/ proof of purchase will not be eligible for returns
  • Only items purchased from the store or through gear.therideside.com will be eligible for returns & exchanges
  • Refunds will only be given on a case by case basis
  • Used, altered, washed, damaged items with no tags on will not be accepted for returns or exchanges
  • Please note that choosing delivery for your returns will result in related monies deducted from your return credit. We strongly recommend heading to our store to process your returns

  • When requesting for a return, please be sure to note the item you are returning, attach or present the proof of purchase and the reason for your return

  • All sales/ exchanges are final
  • We do not provide refunds for purchases
  • Purchase of sale items, intimates, accessories and gifts are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded
  • Exchange to lower value item – no refunds or reimbursements will be made
  • Exchange to higher value item – A top up is required
